tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3428407513410715885.post7790002470820888223..comments2023-09-09T18:03:21.374+03:00Comments on Marek Strandberg võrgus: Riigikogul on sünnipäev...vait olla ja edasi teenida!Marekhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09163762108900908541noreply@blogger.comBlogger2125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3428407513410715885.post-38114792163404093222009-04-24T02:17:00.000+03:002009-04-24T02:17:00.000+03:00Paraku mujal maailmas pole asjad palju paremad,kui...Paraku mujal maailmas pole asjad palju paremad,kuid siiski,meil on millest eeskuju võtta.<br />Nimelt Dublinis püütakse kasutusele võtta elektri autosid vaatamata sellele,et kohalikud bürokraadid nus sivad näkku...<br />Selle kohta on ajalehes Southside People vastav artikkel:<br />SPARKS FLY IN DUN LAOGHAIRE OVER ELECTRIC CAR POWER POINTS<br /><br />A WAR of words has erupted after a Fine Gael councillor urged Dun Laoghire Rathdown County Council not to sanction the provision of power points for electric cars.<br /><br />Cllr Mary Mitchell O´Connor dismissed the Green Party proposal as "fanciful and totally unjustifiable" in the current economic environment.<br />she said the suggestion that the council spend Euro5,000 per power point at a time when there are only 10 electric cars in Dun Laoghire Rathdown and when investment in all other areas is being cut,illustrated that the Greens were removed from the reality of everyday life.<br />"At a time when people are concerned about making ends meet and when planned investment in vital local infrastructure is being severely cut,it is infuriating to hear calls for frivolous investment that the council cannot afford and the county doesn´t need,"Cllr Mitchell O´Connor declared.<br />"Minister Ryan has set out his grandiose vision that electric cars will account for 10 per cent of all cars by 2020 and now some local councillors want the council to pour taxpayers´money into it.<br />"We have to live in the here and now and prioritise local road and foothpath improvements,<br />investments,investment in local community infrastructure,<br />improvements in sports and leisure facilities,as well looking at measures to reduce the cost burden on local businesses and saving jobs."<br />She added:"Instead of putting Euro5,000 into the ground in the form of electric car power points that won´t be used,why not ensure that people on social welfare get their Christmas bonus this year."<br />However,Green Party councilor Gene Feighery issued a robust defence of the proposal and criticised the stance taken by Cllr Mitchell O´Connor.<br />Cllr Feighery,who drives an electric car,said:"Dun Laoghaire is leading the way in developing an infrastructure for electric cars thanks to successful Green Party motion calling for charging points on our streets.<br />"Fine Gael´s commitment to electric vehicles is severely weakened by Clr Mitchell O´Connor´s statement.<br />"We should take this change to be at the forefront of a new smart green economy for Ireland."<br />Green Party TD for Dun Laoghaire,Ciaran Cuffe,added:"I welcome Fine Gael´s report supporting the development of an electric vehicle infrastructure in Ireland but regret that at a local level they are resisting such positive changes.<br />"Electric vehicles have much lower running costs and are perferct for an urban environment.In tough economic times we should be promoting green enterprise and making it easier for people to travel in a sustanaible and more cost efficient way."<br />Meanwhile,Green Party senator and European candidate for Dublin,Deirdre De Burca,welcomed a deal between the Government and the ESB that will see electric cars on the road within two years.<br />The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Energy Minister Eamon Ryan and Padraig McManus,chief executive of the ESB.The deal will create favourable conditions for the distribution of electric vehicles to the Irish market by Renault-Nissan.<br />Senator De Burca said:<br />"The Green Party has set a target that 10 per cent of Irish vehicles will be electric by 2020.<br />This Memorandum of Understanding will help us not only realise,but surpass this target.<br />"Many new jobs can be created in the area of electric vehicles and the Green Party will be pushing very hard for this to happen."<br /><br />Vargad ahju!elektritsaabtasuta.blogspot.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03136590954606393482noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3428407513410715885.post-49331655752402108982009-04-23T12:14:00.000+03:002009-04-23T12:14:00.000+03:00kui 80% seadusi tuleb meile prüsselist, siis on om...kui 80% seadusi tuleb meile prüsselist, siis on ometi 20% väärtuslikust demokraatiast veel alles, lahekivisildnikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09376197826900771635noreply@blogger.com
